This 1972 454 Corvette is a purpose-built restomod executed to the highest standard, with over $150,000 in documented expenditures and a complete photographic record of the build. Every major system was replaced or rebuilt, from the chassis up, resulting in a car that drives, stops, and handles far beyond what the original C3 platform ever offered.

 

The work was performed rotisserie-style, meaning the car was stripped to its skeleton, fully disassembled, and rebuilt from scratch. Nothing was hidden, patched, or deferred.  The work includes: Chevy 502 crate V8, rebuilt 4-speed manual to handle the power, rack and pinion steering, new chassis, Bilstein coilovers and disc brakes.  Body shell is a true 454 big block sourced and brought to show quality — approximately $60,000 in fibreglass work and paint.  There was no single original unmodified vehicle to title — the car is the sum of its build.  The rebuilt designation reflects that assembly history, not accident damage or structural compromise of any kind.  Full receipts and photographs of the build are available and will be provided.
